Welcome to Taylorsville Tranquil Retreat! Our 950 sq. ft. cottage has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom features 1 king size bed. The second bedroom features 1 twin size bed, 1 twin size bunk bed, and 1 trundle bed. There is also 2 full size bathrooms, one of which is an in-suite to the master bedroom. Toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer will be provided. Located in the hallway is a washer and dryer to keep your clothes clean after an adventurous day at Tanglewood Golf Course or Taylorsville Lake. The kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, and basic cooking products and utensils. There is also an extensive coffee and tea station with to-go cups to kickstart your day! Not feeling up to cooking dinner? Our favorites in the area are El Lago Bar & Grill and Snappy Tomato Pizza. Wind down for the night in the air-conditioned living room that also features a gas fireplace for the winter. Watch your favorite shows utilizing the Roku TV. Keep in touch with family and friends about your getaway via the complimentary WiFi. Had a long day of hiking at Taylorsville Lake State Park? Soothe those joints and muscles in the private hot tub located on the back deck! Edgewater Resort provides additional community amenities, including volleyball courts, events/clubhouse center, playground, fire pits, and hiking trails leading to the swimmable lake. A vehicle is required for getting around the area. Only 2 cars are permitted to park in the gravel driveway. Additional parking is available at the Welcome Center/Gift Shop or at the back of the resort where the Clubhouse is located. ***At this time, the resort’s shared outdoor seasonal pool is unavailable.*** Nearby Attractions - Minutes from Taylorsville Lake Marina where you can rent boats and fish.
